This 30-day glow-up will be all the structure and intention you need to finally feel put together and step into your level-up era.
Now that the ‘Week 1 Reset Phase’ is in place, it’s time for the changes to become blatantly visible.
While week 1 was about clearing space, setting intention, and creating structure. Week 2 focuses on enhancing your physical appearance in all aspects but specifically tailored to you.
When your beauty and body habits are finally aligned, you’ll notice that looking put-together stops feeling like effort and starts feeling natural.

Day 8: Know Your Body
Today is about understanding your body on a factual level.
It’s about gaining knowledge of the different elements that make you look and feel like you.
This knowledge isn’t meant to compare yourself to anyone else, but to help you care for your body more intentionally and stop working against it because when you understand your body, you make better choices for it.
8 Facts You Should Know About Yourself:
Your height
Your natural body type or frame
Your weight range
Your energy levels throughout the day
Whether you have a faster or slower metabolism
Your body’s sleep requirements
How your body responds to certain foods
The outfit that got you the most compliments and good stares ;)
Day 9: Discover Your Colour Palette
The first thing many people do to elevate their look is to go out and buy more, immediately dismissing the idea of using what they already own to achieve the same gorgeous results.
One of the easiest ways to enhance your overall appearance and rediscover beauty in the things you already own is by understanding the right colours for you.
Open your closet and design a colour palette that will naturally enhance your features.
Figure out:
Whether you fall into the winter, spring, summer or autumn palette
Whether gold or silver jewellery suits you better
Which colours make you look alive and refreshed
Which shades tend to wash you out
Now whenever you style, everything is effortless, as you’ll know exactly what to bring together (clothing, makeup, accessories & hairstyle) to create an amazing outfit.
Day 10: Hair, Makeup, Skincare, Outfit & Nails
Day 10 is about The Five Musketeers. They are the pillars of every physical glow-up and are often what people feel most excited about.
The change here can be immediate and satisfying not only to your own eyes but to the eyes of others as well.
They have the power to change your speech, your thinking, and your actions. They are often labelled as superficial and surface level, but they truly are transformational in a society like ours.
This big transformation doesn’t come from appearance itself but from how the individual now views themself.
Today is quite a long day; you can use it as a planning day to get all your ideas and items ready, or you could jump right in:
Your Hair:
Do a pretty hairstyle
Write down and watch videos on how you will maintain it
Research or add products to your cart on how to keep your new style healthy and manageable
Your Makeup:
Master your makeup techniques
Find makeup art and inspiration online
Know the shades and products that suit your features
Replicate a look that makes you feel confident
Your Skincare:
Research your skin needs and any problem areas: eczema, dryness, dermatitis, hyperpigmentation, etc.
Understand why they occur and the science behind them
Learn which ingredients and products support your skin rather than irritate it
Curate a simple, repeatable skincare routine with a few products for daily use
Your Nails:
Know your desired nail shape, length, and colour.
Do a refresh pedicure on your natural nails
Decide on press-ons, gel, or natural for your next install
Your Outfit:
You should know the silhouettes that flatter your body
You should know the colours that enhance your complexion
You should know the pieces that make you feel confident and comfortable.
Create one stunning outfit using all the information you now have.
Take Photos
In your digital journal, make sure to capture ‘before and after’ images of the five musketeers to document your glow-up :)
Day 11: Create A Beauty Maintenance Schedule
Today is about creating a beauty maintenance schedule to plan and visually keep track of your appearance and self-care routines.
This will help you stay gorgeous and put-together no matter how busy and exhausting life can get.

Day 12: Create Your Beauty Defaults
This is your everyday beauty look, your signature, your go-to beauty routine.
It’s not about being overdressed and glammed up to perfection; it’s about building your beauty blueprint. So even on days when you don’t feel like doing the most for your appearance, you still look intentional, beautiful and ready :)
Your beauty defaults are the choices you no longer have to think about. You know they work, they’re easy to maintain, and they consistently bring results.
Nails:
Stock up on your favorite press-on nail style (my pick is French nails). Buy two sets to start!
Makeup:
Look on Pinterest or TikTok and find that simple, everyday makeup look that suits you. This is not the only look you’ll ever wear; it's just the one that keeps you grounded and pretty. For a look like this, there shouldn’t be many products at all.
Hair:
Choose that default hairstyle. It doesn’t have to be the hairstyle that gets many head turns. It should be the hairstyle that is easy to do but makes you look stunning and complements your facial features.
Accessories:
For your visual list, take a picture of your favorite accessories that truly add that extra pizzazz to your overall look.
Signature Scent
This is what completes everything. A signature scent reinforces identity and makes your presence memorable, so choose scents that feel like the woman you’re becoming.
Day 13: Commit To A Regular Movement Programme
Today you will finally use those endless scrolling habits to your advantage. Get ready to find that Pilates class, get that gym membership, sign up for that dancing class, or join that sports club.
Not only does this keep your body looking toned, healthy, and glowing, but it also builds community and connection with others, which is another part of your glow-up journey that's important and beneficial.
The goal is to move your body and show up regularly, which builds confidence, strength, and trust in yourself.
Day 14: Prep Your New Online Presence
Prepping your new online presence is about becoming unrecognizable behind the scenes. It’s the quiet preparation that happens before you step into your new chapter publicly. When you eventually do, there are images that are already aligned with who you are becoming.
When it comes to your appearance, use today to get familiar with and study:
Your best angles
Your smile
The best outfits for you
Your confident poses
Feeling authentic in front of the camera without feeling shy
Remember, this is not a performance; this is preparation. Document these results as well.
